FERGES company shipped more than 900 tons of 1220 mm pipe mount for the construction of the LUGAPORT transport terminal in the Gulf of Finland of the Baltic Sea
Pile pipes will be used to create artificial land plots and then form the coastal part. FERGES and its logistics division provided a special. vehicles for transportation of oversized cargo to the destination. In the shortest possible time, metal products were delivered to the construction site.
The supply of the pipe began the process of creating artificial land plots for the subsequent formation of the coastal part as part of the implementation of the LUGAPORT investment project. Thanks to coordinated actions and warehouse stocks, the cargo was quickly delivered to the port of Ust-Luga. We fully comply with the delivery schedule that has been agreed with the customer. The construction of the Universal Trade Terminal (LUGAPORT) provides for the creation of maritime terminals for the processing of grain, food cargoes, as well as general and bulk cargoes. Total transshipment is planned at 24.3 million tonnes per year.
